Step One: Consultation

  • All Service Plans will include a FREE consultation appointment.

  • During the first meeting we will review your needs as a business:

    • What are the current issues you face?

    • Where would you like to be?

    • How might your time be spent more efficiently?

  • Every business faces unique challenges, and therefore, the services that we may provide vary based on your individual needs

  • This assessment will help us provide you with the most beneficial service to the level of your current business

  • All Service Plans are reviewed at a minimum annually

Step Two: Our Plan

  • We worry about your books so that you may focus on your business

  • We will prepare & deliver a proposal of services based on our consultation

  • We prioritize clear & concise communication to limit workplace disruptions

  • A basic list of services provided include:

    • Transaction Recording

    • Receipt Management

    • Banking & Credit Card Reconciliation

    • End of Month Financial Reports

    • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for additional fees

  • We make sure that you are aware of what is happening with your business through our personalized explanations of your EOM reports

Step Three: Service Plans

$99 + hourly charge / minimum for Self Service Set-up

$299 / month minimum for Monthly Services

$499 / quarter minimum for Quarterly Services
